What are we looking for? SentinelOne is seeking a results-driven

Enterprise Sales Representative

to accelerate our growth in large enterprise accounts (25,000+ employees) across

Germany.

In this role, you will lead the expansion of our presence by developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, driving complex sales cycles, and delivering cybersecurity solutions that create lasting business value.

You have 5+ years of success closing high-impact net new logos, combining strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach through MEDDICC. You navigate complex organizations with ease, understand how to align technology to business priorities, and excel at building partnerships that endure.

What will you do?

Develop and expand direct sales opportunities within large enterprise accounts across Germany.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Lead complex sales cycles and present SentinelOne's cybersecurity solutions to senior executives, supported by a dedicated sales engineer and channel partners.

Drive growth through partner-led initiatives, including managed security services and strategic alliances.

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to design and execute effective lead generation and go-to-market campaigns.

Consistently uphold sales excellence by following best practices and ensuring operational discipline.

Represent and champion SentinelOne's technology in the broader market, building awareness and credibility.

Participate in key industry events, occasionally presenting to showcase our vision and innovation.

What skills and knowledge will you bring?

Fluent written and spoken German and English , with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of consistent, above-quota sales success , ideally as a regional sales executive or manager selling enterprise or endpoint security solutions.

Proven enterprise sales experience

with established relationships and an actionable network of senior decision-makers.

Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity solutions

and the ability to translate technical value into business impact.

Excellent presentation and communication skills , both internally and externally, with confidence in engaging C-level executives.

Experience collaborating with channel partners

and a solid grasp of a channel-centric go-to-market approach.

Exceptional organizational, forecasting, and reporting abilities , ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Hands-on experience in scaling sales enablement

to support growth in a fast-moving, competitive environment.

Driven, curious, and passionate about cybersecurity , with a "whatever it takes" mindset to achieve and exceed goals.
