The Role As a

Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide) , you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue.

You will:

Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression

Customize each guest’s massage experience

Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products

Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness

Book appointments and manage the front desk flow

Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey

You’ll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance.

proven sales experience

Has experience in retail, membership sales, hospitality, or commission-based roles

Job Summary The Experience Guide is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving sales of enhancements, memberships, retail, and gift cards. This role ensures smooth daily operations of the boutique, maintains front desk standards, books appointments, promotes services, and handles guest transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-level service to guests and team members

Warmly greet and check in guests

Actively drive membership, enhancement, retail, and gift card sales

Educate guests on services and products

Accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments

Open and close the boutique following SOPs

Resolve guest concerns professionallyMaintain reception and guest areas to brand standards

Collaborate with leadership to improve performance and innovation

Requirements

Sales and customer service experience required
