
Our client a well known Asset Management firm is seeking a RFP writer in their New York, New York Location!
Draft and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with the firm’s positioning.
Manage assigned projects across multiple deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Fixed Income, Private Credit & ABF, Equities, Compliance, and Distribution to gather and refine content.
Interpret and communicate the firm’s investment philosophy, process, and value proposition in a clear, compelling manner.
Support content management efforts by maintaining and enhancing standard language in RFP tools such as Responsive.
Contribute to team projects focused on improving processes, workflow automation, and content governance.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally in an asset management RFP or client service role.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex investment topics clearly.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with institutional and intermediary distribution channels is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally across departments and seniority levels.
Comfortable with evolving technology platforms and process improvement initiatives.

Robust critical thinking skills and ability to synthesize a wide array of qualitative and quantitative information.
