
Account Manager | Boozt Media Partnership
THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a commercially driven media salesperson who thrives on building strong client relationships and closing deals? Boozt is looking for an Account Manager to join our Boozt Media Partnership (BMP) team as the main client lead for our brand partners.
We offer the opportunity to work with B2B retail media across a wide range of brands, categories, and markets. You will combine media expertise, client focus, and sales analysis to develop our partners’ businesses and grow revenue together.
This is not a people management role, but a hands‑on, client‑facing sales position for someone with proven experience and hunger to grow. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will build and maintain strong relationships with our brands. Through a consultative sales‑driven approach, you will provide the best solutions and campaign strategies tailored to their needs. Our mission is to grow business together with our brands, and by understanding their objectives, we continuously strive to become better and more trusted partners.
Key for the position:
Reach the BMP targets as a team and your individual targets
Build solid and trusting relationships with our brands
Develop strategies and create media plans for our brand partners
Help brands understand the value of being a partner and seeing opportunities for upsell
YOUR PROFILE To succeed in this role, you are results‑driven, confident, and thrive in a consultative sales environment. You genuinely enjoy working with people and building strong, long‑term relationships. In a fast‑paced and flexible setting, you are an independent team player who takes ownership and consistently delivers on deadlines.
Around 5 years of experience in sales and account management, with solid experience in media sales (e.g. digital, online media, OOH, or retail media)
A proven sales track record within the media or digital ecosystem
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
A trusted connector with strong social and networking abilities
Fluent in English (our corporate language); Danish is an advantage
A business‑oriented Bachelor’s degree is a plus
THE TEAM BMP was established in 2017 with the mission to grow businesses together with our brands. BMP consists of five teams:
Media, driving daily dialogue and sales with brands
Campaign Management, ensuring flawless execution
Creative, handling end‑to‑end production
Business Development, driving innovation and new growth initiatives
Intelligence, developing our best in class retail media tool for partners
