Key Responsibilities: As an Sales Manager, you will build and develop relationships with marketing organizations and independent agents to grow sales in the senior insurance marketplace. You will:
Recruit : Work with marketing organizations to attract and contract qualified agents and agency partners by presenting the company’s value proposition, compensation, and growth opportunities.
Train & Engage : Lead onboarding and ongoing training on products, systems, and sales tools. Promote certification and ensure agent readiness before the first sale.
Sales Leadership : Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with productivity goals. Monitor, measure, and drive performance results through consistent communication and coaching.
Lead with Integrity : Represent the Physicians Mutual brand, uphold high ethical standards, and serve as a strategic business partner for marketing organizations and agents.
Qualifications:
Licensing : Must hold current Life and Health insurance licenses in designated states.
Skills:
Proven leadership in driving sales growth through relationship development.
Strong communication skills.
Working knowledge of Medicare Supplement as well as the full suite of available products.
Proficiency with online tools and virtual training platforms.
Travel : Ability to travel as needed for carrier roadshows, trade shows and visits to marketing organizations.
