Used Car Sales Manager – Job Description
Sales Managers manage, train, and direct the Sales Representatives team.
Must have experience with Wholesaling and Auctions.
Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross.
Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.
Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus.
The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration for this SM position.
Sales Manager – Job Requirements
Must have minimum of 2 years’ previous automotive sales management experience.
Steady work and performance history.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a ‘people person’).
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Must be a strong closer.
Valid driver's license.
