Optomi, in partnership with one of our premier clients, is seeking a Personalization Strategy Lead to join their team! The Personalization Strategy Lead will own the design, execution, and optimization of personalization strategies across omnichannel customer experiences. This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, and Technology teams to scale personalization efforts, leverage data-driven insights, and improve customer engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities Personalization Strategy

Design, lead, and evolve personalization strategies across digital and omnichannel customer experiences.

Define scalable frameworks for deploying personalization campaigns across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints.

Monitor performance of personalization initiatives and continuously optimize based on results and insights.

Establish best practices and governance for personalization execution.

Analytics & Insights

Deliver actionable insights to accelerate personalization across customer journeys and improve key business KPIs.

Analyze personalization performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to communicate performance and insights to senior stakeholders.

Use data to guide prioritization, roadmap decisions, and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Technology teams to enhance end-to-end customer journeys.

Develop strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful execution of personalization initiatives.

Contribute to strategic planning to align personalization efforts with broader business objectives.

Act as a thought leader and advocate for personalization across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5–7 years of experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerce strategy with demonstrated ownership of personalization initiatives.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, and personalization best practices.

Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation tools.

Experience working with personalization platforms and technologies.

Working knowledge of CRM systems and customer data platforms.

Familiarity with emerging digital technologies, including AI and machine learning applications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
