What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process deemed export compliance activities, ensuring forms are complete and accurate while resolving discrepancies
Act as backup for other HR compliance programs, including background checks and global right to work
Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather data and support export license requestsDevelop and maintain internal guidelines, policies, and communications for compliance programs
Track and manage government contract clearances while maintaining accurate compliance records
What is Required (Qualifications):
4–5 years of HR, compliance, or related professional experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and resolve issues
Knowledge of data privacy and export control regulations strongly preferred
