to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to break into real estate finance and build a career in sales. Position Summary

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an entry-level sales role focused on generating and qualifying leads for our loan origination team. You will be responsible for contacting real estate investors, building relationships, and setting appointments for Senior Loan Officers by leveraging Data Software platofrms specific to our industry. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to real estate investors and prospective borrowers Generate interest in Blue Gate Capital’s loan programs Qualify leads and gather basic deal information Set appointments for Loan Originators Follow up consistently with potential clients and referral partners Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking in CRM Build relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and investor groups Hit daily and weekly call and appointment goals
