to our Finance & Accounting team!

The Opportunity This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving new business, and working alongside a strong recruiting team to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow a portfolio of clients, expand partnerships, and help organizations strengthen their finance and accounting teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow relationships within your assigned accounts
Generate new business through thoughtful prospecting and consultative conversations
Partner closely with recruiting to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the Finance & Accounting space
✅ What We’re Looking For
2+ years of professional staffing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High energy, professionalism, and a drive to succeed
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + bonus opportunities
