Trade Spend Analyst , you will help the company increase profits by analyzing data and sharing insights that improve gross margins with our customers. This involves different parts of trade promotions, such as planning budgets, allocating funds, carrying out promotions, checking expenses, and reviewing results. This role will collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure alignment on business goals and create reports and recommendations to support profitability. Key Responsibilities

Assist with budgeting, planning, execution, and evaluation of trade promotions. Support alignment with company objectives and financial goals. Gather and analyze post-promotion data to assess promotional effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI. Prepare reports and contribute recommendations for optimization. Work with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to help align trade spend strategies with overall business objectives. Support the demand planning team in improving sales forecasting accuracy. Ensure trade promotion spend is tracked according to guidelines and standards, and assist in accurate financial reconciliation. Collect, organize, and manage trade promotion data across multiple platforms to support financial accountability. Perform regular analysis of costing after promotions, discounts, and marketing support expenses. Assist in trade spend reviews and provide key insights. Support management of contracts and agreements related to trade promotion systems, ensuring efficient execution. Contribute to ongoing improvements in trade spend processes, pricing, and promotional activities to support profitability and company strategy. Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Trade Management, Sales Experience in foodservice trade promotion is a plus. Strong knowledge of Exceedra, INFOR M3 and advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess multiple data sources and provide actionable insights. Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others. High attention to detail with solid organizational and time management skills. Ability to work within a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000 annually plus bonus Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q4 of 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location. Benefits
