Sales & Performance Director – High-Ticket Training Programs (D1 Training) D1 Training is an athletic-based performance facility serving youth athletes and adults. We are hiring a results-driven Sales & Performance Director to own the sales pipeline, run consultations, and close high-ticket personal training packages ($2,000+).

This is a leadership sales role for someone who thrives on metrics, accountability, and conversion — not a passive front desk position.

Compensation includes base salary plus performance incentives tied to sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close

Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions

Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($2,000+)

Convert 60%+ of qualified consultations

Execute daily follow-up via calls, texts, and CRM systems

Drive membership, personal training, and program revenue

Track KPIs: leads, show rate, close rate, PT revenue, retention

Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion

Oversee POS, contracts, and billing accuracy

Qualifications

3+ years sales experience (consultative or high-ticket preferred)

Proven closing ability and pipeline management skills

Comfortable selling $2,000+ programs face-to-face

Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline

Leadership or team management experience a plus

Fitness or service-based sales background preferred

Compensation & Perks

$50,000–$75,000 base + performance incentives
