We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and accelerating revenue growth within the commercial janitorial and facility services market. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity focused on new B2B business development, with a strong emphasis on networking, prospecting, and relationship-building throughout the Phoenix market. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals Schedule and conduct prospect meetings to understand client needs Present customized service programs and solutions Build and maintain a strong professional network within the local market Participate in trade groups, associations, and industry events Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics What We’re Looking For: A competitive, entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for relationship development Proven experience in B2B sales (facility services or related industries preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Comfortable with a fast-paced, prospect-heavy sales environment Wages (min/max) Starting at $90,000.00 Base + Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential) Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Hours typically occur within normal business hours, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. There will be times that meetings, walkthroughs, networking events, etcetera occur outside of these hours. However, that should not be considered a frequent occurrence. Travel Frequent driving between accounts, meetings and walkthroughs will occur throughout a typical workday, in a personal vehicle. You will be reimbursed for business mileage.
