Our client, a nationally recognized restoration company, is seeking a Business Development Representative in the Greensboro NC region to support their growth. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for managing, strengthening, and expanding existing client relationships, while proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities across the Greensboro NC market and surrounding region.

This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, working closely with facility managers, insurance professionals, property management firms, government agencies, and commercial clients to position the company as the trusted partner in restoration and emergency response services.

This role requires a dynamic, self-driven professional with strong communication skills, deep relationship‑building abilities, and a strategic mindset for long‑term growth.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales—preferably in restoration, construction, commercial services, or insurance‑related industries.

Proven track record of cultivating and expanding client relationships.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage a wide range of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greensboro NC region.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with commercial property managers, risk managers, insurance carriers, adjusters, or facility directors.

Knowledge of restoration, mitigation, or emergency response operations.

Existing network within the Greensboro business community.
