Business Analyst of the Salesforce program is responsible for conducting Business Process Review, documenting the requirements, defining the acceptance criteria, functional validation of solution, coordination with offshore team, conduction the user training, UAT.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience as Business Analyst in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects. Prior experience driving business process discovery, conducting requirement gathering workshops Salesforce Admin certification preferred Experience working on Agile projects Candidate should possess strong communication skills Experience writing User Stories and Acceptance criteria Experience preparing wire frames Experience performing functional testing Experience doing demos, trainings and managing UAT Experience using Jira and Confluence Onshore-Offshore Coordination Primary Skill
