Google Ads Specialist
to join our on‑site team in Layton, Utah. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing campaigns for our current dealership clients, while also helping build systems and strategies that support our expansion into new industries.
Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max)
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion tracking through GA4 and Tag Manager
Work alongside data/dev director to monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and actionable improvements
Collaborate with account management and design teams to align creative and strategy with client objectives
Develop and document efficient processes for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
Contribute to expanding Oz Marketing’s paid media services beyond the automotive and powersports industries
Stay current and certified on Google Ads platform updates, GA4 advancements, and paid media best practices
Qualifications
Must have
2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency or multi‑client environment
Must be
proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with automotive or powersports dealers/OEMs or relevant industries/services (preferred)
Process‑minded with a passion for improving systems and workflows
