Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Performance Digital Marketer to own and scale digital growth across SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization. This is a hands‑on role with clear ownership and measurable impact in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities SEO & Paid Media
Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategy
Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns
Own keyword research, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization
Build and manage retargeting and remarketing campaignsConduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and CTAs
Analytics & Optimization
Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics integrations
Track funnel performance, attribution, and conversions
Build digital dashboards and deliver monthly reporting
Content & Retail Expertise
Create and optimize creative assets and copy for website, landing page, and ad copy
Support product positioning and go-to-market messaging
Apply retail and consumer trends and behavior insights to campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Product, and Development teams
Support product launches, news tools & integrations, and lead generation initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years of digital or performance marketing experience
Proven expertise in SEO, paid media, and analytics
Experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven platforms preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills

Familiarity with retail data or sell-through metrics
