Marketing & Investor Relations Analyst | Boston-Based Asset Manager
Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Compensation:
~$75k–$95k base salary + ~15% annual bonus + 4.5% 401k match
A Boston-based asset manager is expanding its Marketing & Investor Relations function and is seeking a
Marketing & Investor Relations Analyst
to join a collaborative, high-performing team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to institutional marketing, investor communications, and business development support across multiple client channels within a well‑regarded investment platform.
The Role This position sits within the firm’s institutional marketing and RFP function and plays a key role in supporting sales, investor relations, and client service initiatives. The analyst will help manage and execute RFPs, DDQs, and client data requests while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across investments, sales, and operations.

What You’ll Do
Manage and support the end‑to‑end execution of
RFPs, DDQs, and investor questionnaires , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Prepare, edit, and customize
investor‑facing marketing materials , written responses, and supporting content aligned with firm messaging
Compile, validate, and distribute
performance, portfolio characteristics, personnel, and asset data
for internal and external use
Maintain and enhance a centralized
RFP and marketing content library , including periodic updates and reviews with subject matter experts
Update and manage the firm’s presence on
third‑party databases and due diligence platforms
(e.g., eVestment, Diligence Vault, or similar)
Collaborate cross‑functionally with
investment, sales, operations, and compliance teams
to ensure marketing materials reflect current insights and priorities
Contribute to special projects focused on
process improvement, content quality, and client engagement
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience
in asset management, investor relations, institutional marketing, RFP management, or a related financial services role
Strong
writing and editing skills , with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, polished messaging
High attention to detail and strong
project management skills ; comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
Analytical mindset and comfort working with
data, metrics, and validation processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with
RFP tools, CRM systems, or investor databases
is a plus
