Business Analyst – Marketing Analytics & Revenue Attribution

Vibrant Wellness is scaling quickly—and we’re looking for a Business Analyst who wants to own how marketing performance and revenue impact are measured.
This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of
Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data . You’ll build the attribution models, funnel reporting, and executive-ready insights that guide how we invest, optimize channels, and grow revenue. If you’re the kind of analyst who can move fluidly between
SQL, dashboards, stakeholder conversations, and business recommendations —this is that role. What You’ll Own
Performance analytics across
paid, organic, partner, and lifecycle
channels—surfacing ROI and optimization opportunities Multi-touch attribution modeling
(first-touch, last-touch, linear, time-decay, etc.) and revenue reporting leaders can trust End-to-end funnel measurement ( lead → MQL → SQL → closed-won ) with clear definitions and consistent metrics Campaign effectiveness analysis and insights that influence
budget allocation and GTM decisions Executive dashboards and recurring reporting for Marketing and revenue leadership ( PowerBI, Tableau, or similar ) Strong partnership with RevOps and Data teams to support
data transformations, pipeline improvements, and documentation Ongoing work to improve
data quality, metric consistency, and governance
across marketing datasets What We’re Looking For
3+ years
in marketing analytics, revenue analytics, or business analytics Strong experience with
attribution, funnel reporting, and channel optimization Advanced
SQL
(joins, window functions, aggregations; performance awareness) Experience using
dbt
for analytics engineering or modeling Strong
HubSpot fluency
(CRM data, lifecycle stages, attribution reporting) Ability to translate analysis into
clear recommendations
for cross-functional stakeholders and executives Nice to Have
Exposure to BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis) About Vibrant Wellness
