Position Summary We are looking for a
results-driven Digital Marketing Lead
to direct our digital advertising strategy across paid and organic platforms while managing vendor relationships that drive measurable growth. This role owns the execution and optimization of paid media (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and Paid Social) and any third‑party digital marketing partnerships, including Google, Meta, Angi, and HomeAdvisor.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for digital campaign performance, ad spend strategy, and vendor relations—ensuring all channels are aligned, optimized, and driving quality leads across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service lines. This is a mid‑level role requiring both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
This is
not a coordinator role
— you’ll be managing budgets, reporting on ROI, and making real‑time adjustments that directly impact company performance.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Lead Google/Bing Ads strategy (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) with internal teams and any agency partners
Manage and execute Paid Social campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
Continuously test and optimize bidding strategies, creative performance, targeting, and keyword performance
Monitor daily ad performance to improve lead volume, reduce costs, and increase ROAS
SEO & Organic Growth
Oversee aspects of SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, technical audits, and keyword targeting
Collaborate with internal content and video teams to ensure digital goals align with AdWords campaigns, blog, website, and social media efforts
Maintain a consistent content cadence across platforms to support visibility and engagement
Vendor & Lead Source Management
Own day-to-day relationships with all digital vendors and lead‑gen platforms (Google, HomeAdvisor, Angi, Thumbtack, etc.)
Act as the main point of contact for Google Ads and Meta advertising support teams
Evaluate ROI, track CPL, and ensure lead quality standards are met
Data & Performance Reporting
Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, conversion rates, CPL, ROAS, and other KPIs
Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and marketing leadership
Guide strategic adjustments based on trends, capacity, and seasonal demand
Budget Management
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on monthly ad budget allocation across trades and markets
Track spend pacing, adjust campaign budgets, and support quarterly forecasting
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and vendor/partner management
Strong track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation platforms like Angi and HomeAdvisor
Deep understanding of SEO principles and how they connect to content and paid strategy
Advanced skills in analyzing digital performance data and turning it into an actionable strategy
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
