
The Digital UX Writer
will play an essential role in defining, creating and managing web and mobile content. The writer works closely with business stakeholders and develop deep knowledge of healthcare subjects and audience information needs.
The Digital UX Writer is assigned to a team that creates and maintains content on client web and mobile properties in alignment with corporate and digital style guides.
As the Digital UX Writer, you will:
Create content aligned to the content strategy, client brand voice and tone, business requirements and digital standards
Present complex topics in consumer-friendly, plain language
Ensure content is approved by legal/compliance
Work closely with other project team members, including copywriters, content strategists, visual designers, interaction designers and business analysts
Assist with creation and maintenance of client digital content guidelines, standards, tools and processes
Role Essentials
At least 3 years of digital copywriting experience
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication or similar field
Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment – including dealing with changing processes and priorities
Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and able to easily move between strategic and tactical work
Familiar with content management systems
Familiar with online tracking tools, such as Jira
Proficient with: Microsoft Office, SharePoint

Experience in healthcare or within another regulated industry
