The Role We are looking for a

Social Media Coordinator

to be the visual storyteller for our four brands. This multi-faceted role balances strategic planning with on-site content capture.

Under the guidance of the Executive Director of Marketing and Strategic Operations and Executive Director of Brand Development, you will implement the strategic social media plan. This will require independent work and collaboration as you carry out the social media lifecycle—from planning the grid and filming Reels to designing promotional graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

Plan and maintain a content calendar for 4 distinct brands, ensuring each maintains its unique voice and aesthetic.

On-Site Content Capture:

Travel to event venues and restaurants to capture high-quality photos and short‑form videos.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, tags and messages across all platforms to foster community and drive engagement.

Paid Social Support:

Assist in the setup, monitoring and optimization of paid social media campaigns

Graphic Design:

Use Canva and/or Adobe Suite to design digital promotions, menus, event signage and email marketing assets.

Growth & Strategy:

Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our brands competitive.

Reporting:

Create a monthly campaign progress report that outlines key initiatives and overarching results.

Marketing Support:

Assist with broader marketing activities including website updates, blog posts and SEO initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years of professional experience in social media management or marketing (hospitality, food or events experience is a plus).

Strong photography and short‑form video skills using a smartphone or DSLR.

Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva and major social platforms. Experience with email or text marketing tools is a plus.

Ability to juggle the needs of 4 different brands without losing track of details or deadlines.

Willingness to work a non‑traditional schedule occasionally to capture weekend or evening events.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to use a consistent brand voice.

While not required, candidates are encouraged to submit a creative portfolio or previous social media work with their application.
