
Specific Job Responsibilities
Assists in creation of written content including customer success stories, email campaigns and magazine articles, aligning materials to nexAir’s brand and messaging standards
Leads nexAir’s ongoing customer segmentation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regular updates to support targeted marketing efforts
Manages inbound leads from nexAir’s website funnels by reviewing, researching, and routing them to the appropriate internal teams
Builds lead lists and researches prospective contacts by fulfilling Sales Team requests, identifying target companies, and locating key decision-makers across assigned industries and geographic areas
Collaborates with the team to design graphics that enhance and align with marketing campaigns and initiatives
Manages customer gift inventory and coordinates timely distribution of gifts for the Sales Team
Attends and assists with coordination of events as needed, representing the nexAir brand
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degree
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team and with all levels of employees, management, and service providers
Excellent organization skills, project, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments simultaneously
Ability to accomplish projects within a timely manner
Proficient using the web and latest versions of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Some travel may be required
