Marketing Analyst III This role supports a subscription-based marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement through offer-based campaigns. The Marketing Analyst III will help plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing initiatives while partnering closely with cross‑functional and international stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within subscription-based or entertainment services
Passion for customer acquisition and retention strategies within a fast‑paced digital environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage projects end to end
Proficient in digital marketing channels such as email, web, in‑app, and paid digital media
Familiar with integrated marketing campaigns, offer planning, and performance tracking
Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams
Able to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities
Job Description In this role, you will support the development and execution of acquisition and offer-based marketing campaigns for a subscription marketing team. You'll partner with business and international teams on offer planning and calendar management while serving as a day-to-day point of contact for campaigns. This includes leading cross‑functional meetings, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting creative brief development.
You will also work closely with various marketing channels to monitor offer performance and drive optimizations, including testing initiatives across email, web, in‑app, and digital platforms. Additionally, you'll track campaign performance, assist with campaign recaps, and support the broader marketing team with ad hoc projects as needed.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in marketing, digital marketing, or subscription-based services
Experience supporting acquisition or retention-focused initiatives preferred
Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work.
The pay for this W-2 position is $52.74.
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
