Job Summary Seeking a
Content Designer
to support its Digital Commerce teams within
commercial/wholesale banking . This role sits at the intersection of
UX writing and product design , focusing on creating clear, compliant, and user-friendly in-product content for high-impact digital banking experiences.
You’ll be embedded with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to shape the language users rely on while completing critical tasks such as payments, authentication, and account access. This is a
hands‑on writing role , not marketing, SEO, or documentation.

4–5 Product Managers
3–4 Product Designers
1 Researcher
Multiple engineering partners
Project Goal / Current Phase
Improve clarity, usability, and consistency of content across regulated, high‑stakes banking flows
Ongoing product enhancements and feature delivery
Project Type
Enhancement and ongoing product development
Some security and authentication initiatives with bank‑wide impact
Must‑Have Qualifications
4+ years of experience
in content design, UX writing, copywriting, marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of
UX principles, content design, and information architecture
Experience writing
transactional, in‑product content
(microcopy, flows, error states, confirmations)
Familiarity with
user research, A/B testing, and performance analytics
Ability to manage
multiple workstreams
in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment
Comfortable working closely with designers, PMs, and engineers through implementation
Desired Skills
Experience working in
financial institutions , especially banking or payments
Familiarity with
Figma , CMS platforms, and collaboration tools like
Miro
Experience balancing
clarity, compliance, and speed
in regulated environments
Mobile‑first writing experience
