About the Role We are looking for a hard-working, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to play a critical role in developing and executing social media strategy for a portfolio of hospitality, food and beverage, and lifestyle brands. This role is highly focused on Instagram, with an emphasis on daily engagement, creative strategy, trend tracking, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, someone who understands how to build brand voice, spot trends early, and translate insights into engaging content that performs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies with a primary focus on Instagram

Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management

Create original content and collaborate on photography and video assets

Track trends, audio, formats, and platform updates and apply them strategically

Conduct trend and competitor research to inform content direction

Build creative direction through mood boards, Pinterest boards, and ideation tools

Analyze performance metrics and prepare reporting for clients

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on analytics

Maintain organized content calendars and workflows

Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing

Proven experience managing Instagram accounts for brands or businesses

Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics

Proficiency in Google Suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with performance analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking

Creative, innovative thinker with strong ideation skills

Experience using Pinterest boards or similar tools for creative planning

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle brand experience

Experience with content scheduling platforms

Basic photo or video editing skills

Familiarity with paid social or influencer marketing
