Creative Designer

who will be the driving force behind bringing our creative ideas to life. From digital design to copy writing to expertly capturing the look and feel of our organizations, you will be the artist behind it all. Supporting both

Climate First Bank

OneEthos , you will help develop compelling campaigns, capture our audience with your storytelling and deliver wow‑worthy designs both digitally and analog. The ideal candidate is an artist across disciplines with the ability to create, execute and produce high quality content efficiently.

What You’ll Contribute as the Creative Designer

Develop and execute our creative strategy and marketing materials.

Understand unique requirements of the look and feel of marketing communications in a financial institution and fintech.

Deliver and finetune output that perfectly captures who we are and our ideal customer outreach.

Utilize diverse creative talents to create and word‑smith compelling copy and create striking designs.

Understand and transform raw vision into output that is consistent to our brand.

Brand Stewardship

Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Execute our vision of being a trailblazer at the intersection of finance and technology.

Design and implement digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role: Experience & Education

3+ years of progressive experience in a creative design role, preferably at an agency or in‑house environment.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or business (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).

Experience using Canva to support rapid‑turn and templated design needs.

Banking & Fintech Acumen You are highly educated in financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws. You also possess strong overall business acumen and the ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents. Strong knowledge of unique industries and markets in conjunction with a broad knowledge of business banking products and services is required.

What to expect from your physical environment

Remote role within the U.S.; Eastern Standard Hours.

Occasional U.S. travel for company events and leadership sessions.

Sustained standing and sitting.

Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.

Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
