What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Conduct performance analysis across multiple growth channels, including paid search and social media

Extract, organize, and analyze data from various sources to inform marketing decisions

Validate marketing execution tools to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaigns

Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to assess marketing hypotheses

Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to provide strategic insights based on data analysis

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field

3+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role

2+ years of marketing analyst experience

Proficiency in R or Python and strong understanding of SQL

Experience with Google Tag Manager and ad platform data management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Solid understanding of marketing concepts and performance measurement

Excellent communication and presentation skills for synthesizing data

High levels of intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning

Ability to efficiently execute complex computational processes

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
