This role owns written content across blogs, email, customer stories, product launches, and thought leadership, with a strong emphasis on SEO, accuracy, and clarity.

At Boom, content plays a critical role in how property managers discover us, understand our products, and see measurable value. Customer stories & case studies: Conduct customer interviews and turn real‑world outcomes into structured case studies and customer‑facing stories

Email & lifecycle content: Write marketing emails, newsletters, and campaign copy that support product adoption, feature awareness, and ongoing engagement

Product & launch content: Create customer‑facing guides, help content, and launch assets that clearly explain new features and updates

Thought leadership: Write long‑form and short‑form thought leadership content that reflects Boom’s point of view on property management, financial services, and the renter lifecycle

Press & announcements: Draft press releases and supporting content for company news, partnerships, and product launches

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product marketing, growth, customer success, and leadership to gather insights, align on messaging, and ensure content accuracy

Editorial planning: Contribute to content calendars, briefs, and planning to support consistent output across channels

Quality & consistency: Ensure all content is accurate, on‑brand, well‑structured, and detail-oriented, with a strong editorial standard
