Role Description This is a part‑time, freelance role for a Google Ads Certified Junior Digital Marketer. The chosen candidate will assist with managing Google Ads campaigns, analyzing web analytics, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Day‑to‑day, week‑by‑week responsibilities will include ongoing adjustments, testing, optimization, and reporting based on campaign performance, researching keywords, creating effective ad copy, and sustaining social media marketing initiatives. This is an ongoing role offering remote flexibility.

Qualifications

Experience with Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation

Strong skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies

Proficiency with Web Analytics tools and understanding of data insights

Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and certification in Google Ads

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience with SEO practices and PPC campaigns is advantageous

What You’ll Do:

Support day‑to‑day management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)

Build and update campaigns, ad groups, and ads

Conduct keyword research and basic competitor analysis

Monitor performance and flag issues or opportunities

Make routine optimizations (bids, budgets, ads, keywords, negatives)

Pull reports and help summarize performance insights

Follow established processes and documentation (no guesswork required)

What We’re Looking For:

Google Ads Certification (required)

6–18 months of hands‑on Google Ads experience

Solid understanding of CPC, CTR, conversions, ROAS, Quality Score

Comfortable working inside Google Ads and Google Analytics

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Clear communicator who asks smart questions

Reliable, responsive, and deadline‑driven

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts

Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills

Familiarity with call tracking or conversion setup

Interest in growing into a more advanced PPC role

Part‑time to start (5–10 hours/week)

Ongoing work for the right fitFully remote

Flexible schedule, but timely communication is important
