Save Job

Elemental LED is a leading U.S. based engineering and technology company that creates, develops, manufactures, markets and sells innovative, configured and integrated LED lighting solutions. The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) awarded us Company of the Year – Large at the 7th Annual EDAWN Existing Industry Awards and Employees First – Large at the 10th Annual EDAWN Existing Industry Awards.

We are on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who loves turning complex, technical ideas into visuals that actually make sense and look great doing it. This role lives where creativity meets engineering, supporting multiple brands and audiences ranging from architects and lighting designers to contractors and integrators. You’ll design polished, production‑ready assets like catalogs, application guides, presentations, and sales tools that help professionals make confident decisions in real‑world lighting environments.

We’re looking for someone who geeks out over hierarchy, consistency, and clean layouts, and who can confidently work within established brand systems while keeping things fresh and engaging. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and training teams, manage organized asset libraries, and build templates that scale across teams and channels. If you’re detail‑driven, highly organized, and motivated by precision, problem‑solving, and high‑impact design, you’ll feel right at home here. Bonus points if lighting, architecture, or technical products spark your curiosity – we promise the work won’t be boring.

This role is on‑site only – so if your interest is to work remotely, this is not your gig. A digital portfolio will also be required within the application process.

Execute Within Established Brand Systems: Apply and uphold brand standards consistently across multiple Elemental LED brands. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and visual consistency across formats, channels, and asset types.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to translate approved messaging, product information, and creative direction into clear, polished design executions. Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.

Support Sales and Training Teams: Design and maintain presentations, training tools, and visual sales resources used by internal teams and external partners. Ensure layouts are clean, structured, and easy to navigate for professional audiences.

Assist with Template Development: Create, refine, and update branded templates for presentations and recurring marketing materials to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.

Adapt Visuals by Audience and Use Case: Adjust layout, hierarchy, imagery, and visual emphasis to meet the needs of different audiences, including contractors, integrators, specifiers, designers, and internal teams, while maintaining a cohesive brand presence.
