Position Summary Encore Enterprises is seeking a
contract graphic designer
who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, including, but not limited to, investments, multifamily apartments, full-service hotels, retail shopping centers, restaurants, and medical and dental offices the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.
Key Responsibilities
Social media visual content production.
Edit and create print materials (ie: business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.).
Help produce engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Contribute to creative branding efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant work experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues
Expert-level experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
