About The Opportunity As Gillette Heating and Air continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can own and elevate our marketing efforts. This role goes beyond coordination and execution. You will be responsible for managing strategy, performance, and channel optimization across digital and local marketing initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has outgrown a coordinator role and is ready to step into a leadership position with real impact, visibility, and accountability.

What You'll Do

Own and manage overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and related platforms)

Oversee SEO strategy, website performance, and content optimization in partnership with vendors

Manage and analyze marketing KPIs, lead flow, cost per lead, and ROI

Guide social media, email marketing, and brand messaging to ensure consistency and performance

Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and local brand initiatives

Manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability to performance standards

Create and oversee marketing calendars, campaigns, and promotional timelines

Collaborate with leadership to forecast marketing needs and adjust strategy seasonally

What You Bring

A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least some ownership of strategy or channel performance

Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO fundamentals, and digital performance tracking

Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion in a service-based business

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, not just execute tasks

Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

Experience in home services, HVAC, or a similar industry is a plus, but not required

A proactive, confident approach with the ability to lead initiatives independently
