Overview
Community hospital looking to bring on Director ER! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign-On Bonus and Full Relocation!
Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Responsibilities
200+ bed facility & will add another 78-bed expansion Q1 2027
50 ER Beds
2 managers
Need director to continue to move forward, accountability, need strong presence
Acuity level: a lot of EMS volume – bringing acute – critical patients
EMR: Meditech
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in nursing
Required
Master\'s Degree
Preferred
1+ years of recent Director level Emergency Department experience
Required, may consider a very strong manager .
Metrics/accomplishments need to see on resume.
3+ years of recent Emergency Department experience
Required
