Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant located in Sarasota, FL. The New Home Sales Consultant will guide prospective homebuyers through the process of purchasing new homes, build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and options available in our homes. Responsibilities include conducting model home tours, assisting clients with the selection of design features, preparing sales contracts, and working collaboratively with the construction and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional experience. The role also involves market research to stay updated on housing trends and competitor insights.

Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation Knowledge of real estate, market trends, and home construction processes Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Experience with CRM tools, data management, and record-keeping Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach Valid real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one Familiarity with the Sarasota, FL area is a plus
