Collaborate with partners to plan inventory and container volumes, ensuring they have the right mix of garage door panels, sections, springs, cables, tracks, and replacement parts.
Customer engagement, demos, and showrooms
Conduct frequent prospect visits and job‑site meetings to understand project needs, demonstrate product quality, and position Kosper’s design‑led, competitively priced offering.
Host prospect visits and product demos at regional showrooms and at customer sites, enabling prospects to experience assembled doors and hardware in person.
Support partners with product training, merchandising, and sales enablement materials.

Travel and field work
Spend approximately 75% of your time in the field within your region, focused on high‑impact customer and partner interactions.

5+ years of regional field sales and account management experience, ideally in garage doors, industrial doors, or closely related construction/building materials products.
Proven success building business with distributors/wholesalers and installers/dealers, including container or truckload orders, inventory planning, and margin management.
Experience working with larger installer organizations and understanding their operational and commercial needs is a strong plus.
Sales skills and mindset

Ability to develop and execute regional business plans that balance near‑term wins with long‑term brand and market share goals.
Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a lean environment where processes, certifications, and brand awareness are still evolving.
Relationship building and communication
