Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Fort Smith, AR. The responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, driving new business opportunities through lead generation efforts, maintaining and managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships to strengthen customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop opportunities

Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Experience in Account Management, fostering long‑term client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members

Ability to work on‑site in Fort Smith, AR

Knowledge of industrial products and technology solutions is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
