Position Summary The Property Management Sales Manager is a trusted, client-facing role responsible for developing and maintaining residential and service sales. This position works closely with senior leadership and key external partners and requires a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive client, pricing, and contractual information. The role focuses on cultivating long-term relationships with property managers, owners, and developers to secure service contracts, re-roofing projects, and new construction opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain confidential, trust-based relationships with property managers, owners, and developers

Manage sensitive client communications, pricing strategies, and contractual discussions with discretion and professionalism

Generate and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through targeted outreach and company-supported marketing initiatives

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing confidential guidance on roofing solutions and project scopes

Prepare and present accurate estimates, proposals, and recommendations while safeguarding proprietary pricing and business information

Coordinate closely with internal leadership and operations teams to ensure alignment and confidentiality throughout the sales and project lifecycle

Protect company interests by adhering to internal policies related to confidentiality, data security, and ethical business practices

Required Skills and Abilities

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on professionalism and discretion

Proven ability to handle confidential information, including pricing, contracts, and client data

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, property managers, vendors, and internal teams

High level of comfort with technology, including mobile devices, computers, and business software applications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, schedules, and last-minute changes while maintaining confidentiality

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional sales role requiring client confidentiality and relationship management

Preferred, but not required:

Experience working with property management firms, developers, or commercial clients

Knowledge of roofing systems and materials, including flat, shingle, metal, or hybrid systems
