We are a young Berlin start-up that supports sustainability and also lives it in our day-to-day business. We are looking for an Account Executive in Berlin or Heidelberg at the earliest possible date. Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to long-term customer care. You conduct needs analyses, product presentations, consultations, and negotiations, facilitating effective discussions and successfully closing deals. You build long-term, trusting relationships with your customers by understanding the specific challenges of the market and offering solutions. Even after the contract has been signed, you will ensure continuous support and customer satisfaction. You will independently identify and qualify new business opportunities in your segment. You will take a structured and data-driven approach to optimize your strategy and achieve your goals. Profile
You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on business administration or technology, or have completed vocational training in these areas. You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales of complex solutions or products that require a lot of explanation. You are used to taking responsibility for your sales processes and customer satisfaction. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are highly service-oriented. You have business fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1). Initial experience in the real estate industry, energy sector, or metering services is an advantage.
