Overview
We are looking for a talented
Adobe Analytics Specialist
to deliver actionable insights on performance and user behavior across our suite of digital platforms. We are a leading member-owned financial institution providing comprehensive
banking and credit services
to regional communities.
Location: Hybrid onsite in Raleigh, NC
Terms: 6 month contract-to-hire
Rate: $35 - $40/hr W2
Not eligible for visa sponsorship or C2C
Responsibilities
Use Adobe Analytics to track and interpret data related to digital platform performance and user engagement.
Ensure data accuracy through tag validation and collaboration with development teams.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
Collaborate with UX, marketing, and IT teams to define KPIs and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
Support A/B and multivariate testing through setup, tracking, and performance analysis.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization opportunities for the digital member experience.
Present data-driven stories and insights to stakeholders to influence business decisions.
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and cross-training efforts.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and user experience measurement.
Ideal Background
2+ years of experience in digital analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a digital environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with database querying tools (SQL) or similar data management tools.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as Target and AEM.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics, journey analysis, and UX measurement.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or tag management tools.
Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
