About the Role sunday is hiring an
Account Manager
based in Lyon to help us grow in the Sud Est region, one of our most dynamic and strategic territories in France. With strong hubs like Lyon and Marseille, and high‑potential seasonal destinations like the Alps, the Riviera, and Provence, the Sud Est represents a unique mix of urban and tourist‑driven growth opportunities.
You’ll kick off with a training period in Paris, then take full ownership of your restaurant portfolio in the region, working closely with sales, support, and product teams to turn customers into long‑term ambassadors.
As Account Manager, your job is to turn restaurant partners into sunday ambassadors. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with restaurant owners and sales teams to ensure successful onboarding, product adoption, and long‑term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your portfolio of restaurant partners in
Lyon, Marseille and across the Sud Est
Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and teams to drive usage and satisfaction
Autonomously perform restaurant onboardings and train teams on how to use sunday
Drive product adoption and upsell relevant features
Anticipate and mitigate churn through regular check‑ins and support
Share customer insights with internal teams to improve the product
Collaborate on the regional growth playbook to help scale operations
Report on KPIs:
Onboarding quality (incl. number of restaurants launched, product adoption)
Group expansion in key mid‑market groups (above 20 locations)
Upsell performance
Customer satisfaction (NPS, churn rate)
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with, influence and engage stakeholders
Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of driving results in complex, dynamic environments
You are comfortable with change, able to adapt and always want to learn new skills
You have a true customer mindset: you love solving problems and making others successful
You are hands‑on: we have all the tools, but you will have to find solutions and turn them into reality
You are a team player with a passion for hospitality and tech
You are fluent in French and comfortable in English
Requirements:
1‑month training period in Paris office to ramp‑up on commercial and technical aspects of the product
Driving license mandatory
