seeking a high-performing
Sales Manager
to own our full sales operation. This role is for someone who thrives in
relationship-based, high-ticket sales
and wants real ownership, autonomy, and impact.
You’ll lead the entire client sales journey — from first conversation to onboarding — while playing a critical role in driving growth and helping women transform their lives through fitness.
What You’ll Own
Conduct client
Intro Calls and Intro Sessions
Own the full lead lifecycle: nurture, follow-up, close, and onboard
Confidently present pricing, commitments, and program structure
Manage and maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Onboarding & Retention
Guide new members through a seamless onboarding experience
Support long-term retention by maintaining strong relationships
Conduct exit conversations and gather feedback when clients leave
Performance & Accountability
Track and report on key KPIs
Targets include:
23 new clients per month
Take ownership of results — wins and misses
45% commission on POS cash
Health insurance
Paid time off
High earning potential for the right performer
Who We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (fitness, wellness, or high-ticket service preferred)
Comfortable leading consultative, relationship-driven sales conversations
Confident discussing pricing and asking for the sale
Highly organized with strong CRM skills
Professional, coachable, and growth-minded
