As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our new build activity and creating a dedicated role focused on the sale of new build yacht projects.

The Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven New Build Sales Manager to drive the development and growth of our new build sales activity across the Americas. This position is based in Palm Beach.

The role focuses on business development, client relationships, and contract negotiation for new build projects, working closely with our Europe-based New Build experts. Following contract signature, the project is handed over to the Project Management team, while the New Build Sales Manager remains involved as the client’s commercial and liaison interface beyond purely technical matters.

Key Responsibilities

Originate and develop new business opportunities in new build yacht sales;

Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, UHNWIs, family offices, captains and industry partners;

Expand and nurture a strong professional network in the yachting industry;

Present shipyards, concepts, and new build options tailored to clients’ requirements;

Monitor market trends and liaise regularly with major shipyards to remain up to date on their offerings, pricing, and typical negotiation margins;

Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close new build contracts;

Represent the company at boat shows, industry events, and client meetings;

Work in close collaboration with the Project Management team from pre-contract stage through to delivery;

Promote the full range of C&N services, particularly those related to new build projects, including Corporate Services, Exterior & Interior Design, Décor, Yacht Management, Charter Management, and Insurance;

Your Profile

Proven experience of at least 5 years in new build yacht sales;

In-depth understanding of the superyacht market and shipyard landscape;

Strong technical understanding of superyachts and their building process;

Established industry network is a strong advantage;

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;

Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and results‑driven;

Fluent in English; Spanish will be an additional advantage;
