What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deploy exceptional customer service throughout the patient onboarding process, guiding patients from prescription to activation of their Omnipod device
Track and document patient progress within the sales pipeline
Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure smooth patient transitions post-prescription
Continuously seek process improvements and provide feedback for enhancing sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field such as healthcare or medical devices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
