At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker‑dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.
What sets us apart? It's not just the technology (though it's best‑in‑class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do. We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.
As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve.
Join us, and be part of a company that’s not only moving fast—but making it count.
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to help design, operationalize, and continuously improve our Sales and broader GTM function. This is a high‑impact individual‑contributor role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong judgment, and takes ownership of outcomes.
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate strategy into execution. This role requires both hands‑on operational rigor and the ability to think systemically about how we scale revenue.
This is not a support or ticket‑taking role. It is a builder role with autonomy, visibility, and influence.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Design and operationalize the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead intake through closed‑won and customer handoff
Own HubSpot execution including data integrity, workflows, reporting, and scalable process design
Build and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and performance dashboards used by GTM and executive leadership
Partner with Sales leadership on territory design, quota setting, and coverage models
Identify gaps in process, tooling, or data—and proactively design solutions
Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility through disciplined operating rhythms, analyzing pipeline health, and monitoring conversion rates
Translate complex data into clear insights that drive better decisions
Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure alignment on forecasting, revenue reporting, and planning
Partner with Finance to support commission calculations, ensuring accurate sales compensation through clean data, reporting, and process alignment
Support sales enablement through documentation, insights, and operational clarity
Act as a thought partner to GTM leaders as the organization scales
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred)
4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, forecasts, and models
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (modeling, pivots, formulas)
Proven ability to operate autonomously with sound judgment
Experience partnering with senior Sales and GTM leaders
Strong communicator who can influence without authority
High attention to detail with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
Builder mindset
Take extreme ownership of outcomes
See ambiguity as an opportunity to lead
Raise risks early and propose solutions
Balance speed with rigor and quality
Care deeply about how work gets done—not just the result
We are building for scale, and this role helps shape the foundation.
