LME is an equipment dealer, selling equipment such as vacuum and combination trucks and trailers, sewer jetters, street sweepers, CCTV systems, underwater ROV systems, mowing equipment, and various parts and accessories that accompany these products.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Mansfield, TX. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers to drive sales, generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also involves managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and fostering customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. The role will also include generating quotes for parts and service, scheduling service visits, and invoicing customers for parts and service work. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to grow into an outside sales position as a Regional Sales Manager in the future, if desired.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software is a plus
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat is required
Previous experience in equipment sales or similar industry is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent is required
