About the Role As a
Junior Account Executive
at SBG Funding, you’ll own the
entire sales cycle
from first contact to closing. You’ll work directly with small business owners to understand their funding needs, present our financing solutions, and guide them through the application and funding process.
This role is perfect for

smaller‑ticket deals , giving you the space to sharpen your skills, build confidence, and lay the foundation for a long‑term career in sales.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle—from outreach and qualification to funding and follow‑up
Engage leads through phone, email, and SMS, leveraging warm inbound and marketing‑sourced prospects
Build trust‑based relationships with small business owners by understanding their goals and pain points
Recommend appropriate funding solutions and walk clients through next steps
Collaborate with funding managers and underwriters to keep deals moving forward
Track your pipeline and activity in our CRM (Salesforce)
Meet and exceed individual activity and sales goals
What You Bring
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments (finance or lending is a plus)
A driven, coachable mindset and a desire to close deals
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Comfort with handling objections and navigating fast‑paced conversations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required
