The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe Sales & Catering team is looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to join us and play a pivotal role in selling and servicing luxury weddings, corporate and social events. : Crush your sales and revenue targets, chase down exciting new accounts, and keep our current clients coming back for more. Relationship Builder : Build lasting bonds with leisure guests, business travelers, SMERF groups, and more; lead engaging sales tours and treat clients to memorable experiences. Event Maestro : Orchestrate flawless event lists, banquet orders, and schedules with precision; be a standout player in the local community and industry gatherings. Service Enthusiast : Make every guest and team interaction upbeat, attentive, and professional; always hit the mark with company standards and catering stats. Team Player:

Jump into meetings, power up special promotions, and pitch in wherever management needs an extra hand. Trusted Trailblazer : Safeguard sensitive spaces and info, earn trust through top‑nob responsibility, and always represent the company with stellar judgment and character. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required; previous catering sales and hospitality/ luxury resort experience preferred. Creativity and food/beverage knowledge desired. Valid driver’s license for applicable state required. Developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills.
