Regional Sales Manager - Foot & Ankle (North / Great Lakes Region) Location:

Foot and Ankle Responsible for driving commercial execution, sales performance, and distributor partnership effectiveness within a defined geographic region. Responsibilities

Engage and coach Sales Representatives and Distributor Partners, aligning on commercial priorities and performance expectations. Conduct ride‑alongs, field visits and business reviews with reps and DPs to ensure consistent performance. Drive disciplined pipeline management, including opportunity tracking, forecasting and corrective action to close pipeline gaps. Support strategic account planning and territory development for reps and DPs. Oversee regional product and instrument inventory for optimal availability and utilization. Troubleshoot inventory issues and coordinate with operations for consignment and trunk stock. Coordinate surgeon education events, including cadaver labs, journal clubs and in‑services. Serve as primary field resource for operational, product or customer challenges. Identify opportunities for new account contracts, pricing agreements and local commercial partnerships. Collaborate with Marketing, MedEd, Operations and Customer Service teams for seamless customer support. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Life Sciences or related field preferred. 5+ years of medical device sales experience; leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of OR‑based selling, surgeon engagement and distributor‑based sales models. Proven ability to coach and influence both direct reps and distributor partners. Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills. Ability to travel regularly within the region. Travel Requirements / Work Environment & Physical Demands

Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance. Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and out‑of‑town stays. Position requires car and air travel on a routine basis; approximately 60% of the work week in the field. Benefits
