About the Role: Regal & Nautique of Orlando is seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to support our boat sales team and internal departments. This role connects customers with sales, service, and parts to help deliver an outstanding ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person

Support company boat sales through paperwork, coordination, and follow‑ups

Coordinate with Parts and Service departments to meet customer needs and timelines

Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs

Use Microsoft Office, Lightspeed, and Kenect systems

Assist with basic social media updates and company events

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Experience with Lightspeed and Kenect preferred

Boat show or event experience preferred

Interest in boating or the marine industry is a plus
